Stephen M. Zamucen, MBA, CPA, CVA, CFE, ABV, CFF. Mr. Zamucen’s areas of concentration include Forensic Accounting, Economic Damages, Business Valuation, Fraud Investigation and Mergers & Acquisitions consulting. He is a recognized expert witness in these areas. Mr. Zamucen received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and his Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Santa Clara University. He has achieved the American Institute of CPA’s designation and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV). He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF). Mr. Zamucen has been an instructor for the University of Irvine, Extension Program, California State University Long Beach, Extension Program and numerous Bar and CPA Programs throughout the past 20 years. |

Daniel C. Curren, ASA, CBA. Mr. Curren graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. Mr. Curren’s emphasis with the firm is business valuation. Mr. Curren performs business valuation for the following purposes: business goodwill valuation in eminent domain, estate and gift purposes, purchase/sale of a business, shareholder disputes, merger/acquisition consulting, divorce and other purposes. Mr. Curren also works on economic damage and lost profits matters. Mr. Curren has worked with the company for over 20 years. Mr. Curren is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in business valuation, a Certified Business Appraiser (CBA) and a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Patricia Benedetti, has been with Zamucen & Curren since 1990. She graduated from Colorado State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. She has worked on over 1,000 cases and prepared reports involving tracing of assets, lost earnings and other areas of marital dissolutions and civil litigation.

Susie Le, has been with Zamucen & Curren since 1998. She graduated from University of California, Irvine in 2001 with a Bachelors degree in Social Science. Ms. Le has worked on over 500 cases in the areas of marital dissolutions, personal injury, business litigation and complex litigation cases. Her primary focus is the review of financial records and preparation of expert witness reports such as Cash Flow Analyses, Business Valuations, Economic Damages and other accounting projects. Ms. Le is currently a Senior Staff Accountant. In her current role she regularly manages over 50 ongoing cases. |

John Kinross-Kennedy, CPA, was graduated from Carlton University
with a B.A. in Economics. He gained the accounting concentration for
the CPA certificate at Western Washington University. After auditing
in an international accounting firm, John moved to a forensic career,
reconstructing records, identifying assests and valuing businesses.
He has qualified as an expert witness in Superior Court and Federal
Court. He is co-author of two forensic accounting books published
by Zamucen, writes a monthly newsletter and is a frequent speaker
and lecturer. |

Mr. Plante’s background includes extensive work in business acquisitions, valuation, due diligence, economic value, cash flow analysis, capital investment evaluation, post-acquisition integration, consolidation, rationalization, financial statement analysis, planning and budgeting, accounting and internal controls. His background experience also includes financial reporting, SEC filings, financial information systems design and implementation, sales operations management, sales compensation, sales restructuring and reorganization. |

He received his Bachelor of Arts from Claremont McKenna College, Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard University and Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Mr. Hanson is a Certified Public Accountant, a qualified expert witness in the Orange County Superior Court and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor. He brings over 30 years of accounting, financial and operational experience. Mr. Hanson has worked for a “Big Eight” accounting firm, the former Times Mirror Company and other various companies. He provides Forensic Accounting litigation support in the areas of Business Valuation, Gross Controllable Cash Flow, Determining Loss of Company or Individual Earnings and Expert Witness Testimony. |
